if you mean the one on the central pier, it operates on a token system, you purchase tokens from a booth and exchange them for various rides, some requiring more tokens than others….. as far as i can remember, the tokens are 50p each, and the big wheel requires 3 tokens.. but this was in april so the price might of increased….
