The tourist information office and ask if they can help.
That’s easy to solve, book ‘B+B’ stays for them all.
Did you just check hotels, or did you check the guesthouses/B and B’s as well? There’s hundreds of those down the back streets and a lot of them allow one-night stays for stag parties and such.
