Blackpool is notorious for attracting a load of deadbeats whose only aim is to “rip off” holiday-makers.
Plasterers are classed as highly skilled workers. But Blackpool is famous for wanting things done “on the cheap”, so landlords will employ cheap labour instead of a skilled man.
