I own a dance school, and we are entering a competition in BlackPool and we are from South Wales, It takes around 5 hours to get there. We have the requirements made by the law for how many adults we should take. We are hiring a bed and breakfast all for ourselves, but not all the rooms with younger kids can have adults in them, so I have made a buddie system for the older ones aged 14 plus to have one younger one in their room, I have not forced this apone them they have offered to do this and I have only selected the most responsible to do this. Also we will be doing something fun e.g cinema, any other ideas for something to do with all of them and also games . Also I was wondering should I do a buddy system for the younger ones, so that they each have not only and adult to go to but one of the older ones. Also any other ideas how to put rooms together and stuff, there will be 2,3,4 or maybe 5 people in rooms, also the parents arent coming, only the required amount are coming. Any ideas of stuff to do with them or any ideas to make it a safer and funner trip for the younger ones. Also all of the younger ones will be wearing matching tracksuits with the name of our school on them so that should help keep track of them. I have taken the 9-17 year olds before, as it is a very long bus ride I also would like any ideas of how to keep the younger ones happy aswell as the older ones because, to be honest I dont think that the older ones would want to listen to the wheels on the bus or something like that for 5 hours lol. Any ideas for anything i have just mensioned or if you have any other ideas please say. By the way I have checked that eveything we are doing to take the children is legal and we have matched all of the requirments.
