But you are of course quite right Travelodge must hold the card details of the person that made the booking and not having read their T&C they may well not be transferrable. The seller states 'My reason for selling is that i am no unable to make this date due to other commitments!' Seems weird that the seller cant use any of the 5 rooms they booked!!! Dont you have to give Travel Lodge the Credit card that was used to book when you arrive? If not think of the damage that someone could cause and it would be billed to the seller. Seems very iffy, I would steer clear. Looks iffy to me.
