Moorbank House is in the popular South Shore area of the town. We think its probably the best area to stay in because it's really handy for just about everything.

We are only about 300 metres from the sea front off the main thoroughfares. This has advantages to being on the Blackpool Promenade because generally it's not so noisy, and there isn't so much traffic - or pollution!

We hope your will be happy with us for the duration of your stay in Blackpool, and we welcome couples, families and responsible singles. We know that families don't mix well with stag and hen parties, and that's why we think its best not to take business from single sex parties. We are sorry to dissapoint those groups but we think you will be 'able to let your hair' down easier if there are no children in your hotel.

At Moorbank House you can be assured of cleanliness and quality. Rooms are serviced daily and of course there are free refills for the compimentary tea/coffee packs.

We have three rooms on the ground floor of these two are doubles and the third is a twin. Whilst these rooms are not suitable for those with a severe disability they may suffice if the guest can walk a few steps. But in any case we will of course do our best to help you if we can. There are a couple of steps to climb to get into the hotel, and corridors themselves are not wide enough for wheelchair use. Some of our guests do manage with the aid of a walking frame. If you have a disability it is probably best if you telephone us to discuss your requirements and see if we will be suitable for you. Dont forget parking it is really important and it can save you a lot of money on the cost of your Blackpool holiday. Some car parks locally can charge up to £10 a day in high season for parking your car. We have ample space available and can usually accomodate a space if needed. (Please ask at the time of booking)

You can check hotel availability by email (direct from this site go to the availability page) or telephone us if you prefer. We ask for a deposit to confirm your booking and prefer you to pay the balance on arrival as this saves a long wait as everyone tends to check out at the same time.
